Privacy Policy

2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User through the Internet portal (hereinafter, the “Portal”) that KAYAK GEAR. S.L. makes available to Internet users. This Policy forms an integral part of the Legal Notice accessible at all times from the Portal.
The User guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, and shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation. In the event that the data provided belonged to a third party, the User warrants that it has informed the third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained permission to provide their data to KAYAK GEAR. 2.2. For what purpose do we process the User’s personal data?

KAYAK GEAR. S.L. processes the information provided by the User in order to deal with requests of various kinds made by the User. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will be the management of:

a. Enquiries and requests for proposals (RFP) submitted through the contact form provided for this purpose.
b. Communications through Newsletters.
c. Electronic communications of an informative nature, in accordance with their interests.

KAYAK GEAR. S.L. may draw up a commercial profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be taken on the basis of such a profile.
In the event that the User registers on the Portal through the social login, KAYAK GEAR. S.L. will only access the User’s personal data for which he/she has given his/her consent during the configuration of the access to the social network in question.
